For schools and educational institutions
School counselling programme
Regular support · on-demand sessions
Many schools have no in-house counsellor, or their counsellor is beyond capacity. Baseera gives school administrations regular access to Arabic-speaking mental health practitioners — for ongoing support, for peak periods, and for time-sensitive situations where a student needs to speak to someone today.
Three ways to work with us
Regular programme
A fixed number of counselling hours each week or month, delivered online by video or phone, for schools with no counsellor of their own.
Overflow capacity
When your in-house counsellor is fully booked, we take the waiting list so no student is left without a first conversation.
Urgent, same-day request
For time-sensitive situations, the school can request a practitioner to join online as soon as possible — by phone or video — so a student is supported while it still matters.
Practitioners assigned to your school
Schools can pre-request a number of practitioners to be assigned to them. You screen or interview each one before the agreement starts, so the people you work with already know your school, your students and the kinds of issues they bring — instead of meeting a stranger in a crisis.
Information sharing and consent
What is shared, with whom and when is defined in the agreement before any session takes place. Depending on what the school, the family and local law require, session information can be shared with the school administration, with the parents, with both, or kept confidential to the student. Nothing is shared outside the terms you sign.
How it starts
- 1Tell us about your school: number of students, languages spoken and the support you need.
- 2We propose candidate practitioners; you screen or interview them and choose.
- 3We agree hours, rates, response time for urgent requests, and the information-sharing terms.
- 4Sessions begin online, and the school keeps one contact person at Baseera throughout.
